As part of the Echoes of Art event, the Kriye Club's "Makers & Muses" invited students to explore their creativity while embracing the values of mindfulness, self-expression, and sustainability.
Held from June 24 to June 26, this immersive three-day art experience offered participants a much-needed pause from the fast pace of everyday life. In a calm, collaborative environment, students reconnected with their inner artist, nature, and the Thames community. With a focus on hands-on creation, they were encouraged to express themselves through various mediums; sculpting with clay, turning trash into treasure, and experimenting with painting techniques.
Whether shaping a sculpture, blending colors on canvas, or repurposing waste paper into textured artworks, every piece told a unique story of individuality and reflection. The artworks created during Makers & Muses will be showcased at the Echoes of Art exhibition, celebrating the creative talents of students.
