Seen & Unseen: Navigating the space between

Seen & Unseen: Navigating the space between

The third edition of the Peer Support Circle will be held on Friday, 19 June 2026, offering students an opportunity to engage in meaningful self-reflection and discussions on identity, relationships, and emotional well-being.

This session will explore how the need for external validation can influence behavior, self-presentation, and an individual's sense of self. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on the differences between their authentic self and the identity they may present in social settings, while examining the impact of validation on relationships and decision-making.

Designed as a safe and supportive space, the Peer Support Circle is ideal for students interested in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and developing greater self-awareness. Through guided discussions and peer engagement, attendees will have the opportunity to reflect on personal experiences and patterns related to seeking external approval.

As the session is intended to be a small and intimate support group, participation is limited and early registration is encouraged.
