On 11th August 2026, a Case Study Workshop was organized as part of Thames Business GAB Fest 2026 by the School of Business and Management (SoBM), in collaboration with the Management Club.
The workshop focused on helping students develop practical skills in case analysis, problem-solving, structured decision-making, and effective presentation. Through interactive discussions and real-world business scenarios, participants explored how to break down complex challenges, identify key issues, and develop well-structured solutions.
The session also gave students an opportunity to understand how ideas can be presented clearly and persuasively—an essential skill when turning analysis into actionable business decisions.
With the Case Study Competition ahead, the workshop served as a valuable preparation ground for students, helping them build confidence in approaching unfamiliar business problems and presenting their solutions effectively.
The workshop connected classroom learning with real-world business thinking, equipping students with skills that extend beyond the competition and into their future academic and professional journeys.
